Large - 80cm bath trays are sometimes produced on a 'made to order' basis. If this is the case it will state this in the 'size' drop down menu in brackets. These will take 7-10 working days before dispatch. 'Made to order' orders can only be cancelled up to 24hrs after the order has been placed. 

All of our orders are trackable using the tracking number provided in the order confirmation email and using the UPS tracking page.
If you are out when the parcel arrives at your specified address, your parcel may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. If this is not suitable then the courier will leave a card with details of where to collect your parcel or to organise a re-delivery.

UPS Access Points - If no one is home at the time of delivery your UPS driver may take your parcel to a local UPS Access Point for collection at your convenience. The driver will leave a card detailing where the parcel will be held, these details will also be available on your tracking information via the UPS tracking page. UPS Access Points are usually local shops and very convenient to access. Your parcel will only be held for 14 days at a UPS Access Point. If you do not collect within 14 days then the parcel will be returned back to us and shipping charged again for redelivery. The shipping cost will not be refunded if an item is uncollected and returned back to us.

UPS do not deliver to the following postcodes. Please contact us if your postcode is in the areas below so we can find a courier who covers your area (delivery times may differ),

Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. Shipping will not be refunded due to weather conditions, returned to sender due to incorrectly provided address information or uncollected from a UPS Access Point. 

Returns

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from Boulux Home, however we understand that sometimes things just aren't quite right or that you might change your mind.

We are able to offer a refund for any unwanted items that are returned to us in a new, unused and saleable condition with the original packaging.

All returns must be made within 28 days of you receiving your order. 

*Please note items purchased on sale at a discounted price must be returned within 14 days.

Returns should be wrapped securely in appropriate packaging to ensure the goods arrive with us in their original condition.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging. 

Returns are at the cost of the customer. You may use any courier you wish; however, you are entirely responsible for the returned goods until they are signed for at Boulux Home. We advise that returns are made via recorded delivery and/or that a proof of postage is obtained, in the unlikely event that these should go missing in the post. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for returns that fail to arrive with us and where no proof of postage/tracking is available.

Please include, inside the parcel, your order number and/or email address this will help us identify your order and refund you more efficiently

We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Refunds will usually clear into your account within 5 working days, however this can vary between banks and can take longer if you are an international customer. 

The following items are non-refundable

  • Where you notify us outside the returns period to return your order. If you want to return something, you must tell us within 28 days of receiving the items (beginning on the day after your order is received). You have another 7 days to return the goods once you've told us.
  • Returns received in damaged or used condition. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we have a right to deduct the cost of any deterioration (due, for example, to you having used the items) up to the price of the items from the refund to which you are otherwise entitled.
  • Personalised items, unless faulty.
  • Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
